The non-property copyright in the paper remains fully with the author(s) of the paper.
The author(s) grant the conference organizers a non-exclusive license, which includes the right to use the paper in print and electronic form, as well as translation and visual processing. In addition, the authors retain the right to process and reproduce their work, provided that the conference is indicated as the source of the primary publication.
The reports published in the conference materials will be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 license, which implies the right to use the publication or part of it for any purpose, including commercial purposes, with mandatory reference to the source. The author is responsible for the content of the report. The Scientific Committee and the conference organizers are not liable for any damage caused to the authors and/or third parties by the publication.
